Heather Springsteen, groomer extraordinaire, joins the Bella and Daisy team!
Heather recently migrated to San Francisco from New York City where she worked as a professional in-home groomer for the past four years.
She graduated from the Nash Academy of Animal Arts with a certificate in pet grooming and began working with Pampered Pets LLC, an agency that works exclusively in the clients' home.
Throughout the past four years Heather met and groomed countless dogs and cats, enjoying every moment spent with her furry clients. Her success comes from her ability to connect with each pet she works with, bringing compassion and understanding to the grooming station. Heather makes each experience personal, and takes her time to make the dog feel comfortable and relaxed. It should be a fun and rewarding experience for all parties involved!
Heather has experience with most dog breeds and she is flexible in grooming to either the breed standard, or changing that to what the owner may specifically desire. She is willing to listen and work with a parent to determine how they would like their pet to look.
